• Room Block Info
  • Rooms typically start at $800+/night at the Westin, but our room block is heavily discounted!
  • Group room block starts at $329/night (plus taxes & fees) from June 22nd to June 30th.
  • Additional dates can be arranged by contacting our group reservations representative at the Westin Grand Cayman.
  • Rooms are based on availability, so please register and book as soon as possible.

• Booking Process
  • The link to the room block will be included in your confirmation email after registration.
  • Each registration qualifies for one room in our room block (e.g., 1 registration = 1 room, 2 registrations = 2 rooms, and so on).
  • If you need additional rooms, see “Additional Rooms” below.

• Room Occupancy
  • 1 King Bed Room: Maximum occupancy of 3 (includes sofa bed option).
  • 2 Queen Beds Room: Maximum occupancy of 4.
  • Extra adult charge (after 2 adults) is $25 per person per day (plus tax and service charge).
  • No additional charge for guests under 18, with a maximum of 4 people per room.
  • Bedding types and connecting rooms are on a request basis only, and additional charges may apply.

• Hotel Room Cancellation Policy
  • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund.
  • 29 – 15 days before arrival: 1-night deposit charged.
  • 14 days or less before arrival: Guest will be charged for the entire stay.

• Taxes & Fees
  • 13% tax and 11% service charge (on room rate) will apply to each room.
  • $37 per room/per day resort charge (discounted from $75!) includes: High-Speed Internet Access (up to 3 devices per room), Mini refrigerators in-room, Complimentary self-parking, 24-Hour Westin Workout Fitness Center, Pool and Beach Ambassador Service, Snorkeling equipment, Daily yoga and fitness classes, Paddleboard clinics, Use of Underwater Camera (based on availability), Free meals for children under 4 off the children’s menu at Ferdinand’s Restaurant, Use of Hibiscus Spa facilities (sauna, hot tub, steam room, based on availability), & Live music on the pool deck and in the lobby

• Deposit
  • A 1-night deposit, including the room rate, 11% service charge, and 13% tax, will be charged at the time of booking.

• Additional Rooms
  • Each registration qualifies for one room in our room block (e.g., one registration = 1 room, two registrations = 2 rooms, and so on).
  • If you need more rooms than what your registration qualifies for (perhaps for family or friends) and want to avoid paying the regular Westin rates starting at $800+/night, you can book extra rooms in our block by paying a one-time $125 Additional Room Booking Fee per room. 
  • This fee grants access to book extra rooms at our discounted rate. Please note that the $125 fee is separate from the nightly room rate.

• How it works:
  • Pay the one-time $125 Additional Room Booking Fee for each extra room needed (e.g., 2 extra rooms = $250).
  • Once registration and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our room block.
  • Use the room block link to book your room(s) at our discounted rate, starting at $329/night (plus taxes & fees).
  • We will verify the number of rooms booked with your registration.

Information about traveling to Cayman Islands:

The Cayman Islands is a self-governing British Overseas Territory. Situated in the Caribbean Sea, Grand Cayman is the largest and westernmost island of the Cayman Islands.

GCM is the airport code for Owen Roberts International Airport (George Town, Grand Cayman).

All travelers must have a valid US passport with at least six months of remaining validity or Proof of Canadian Citizenship. You will also need an Immigration Card and a Customs Declaration Card, provided by the airline staff.

Citizens of the USA, UK, Canada, and several other countries do not need a visa for stays up to 30 days. Click HERE for the latest visa information.

When entering Grand Cayman, you must complete a customs declaration form for any items subject to duty or restrictions. For regulations on prohibited items and duty-free allowances, click HERE.

Keep the immigration card given to you upon arrival with your travel documents, as you may need to show it to an Immigration Officer when you depart.

There are no COVID-19 travel restrictions for the Cayman Islands. All travelers, vaccinated or unvaccinated, can enter without needing additional documents or health steps as per Cayman Islands Official Tourism Website.

Travelers from the United States can easily reach the sun-kissed shores of Grand Cayman, with flight times varying by city: Miami (1.5 hours), New York City (4 hours), and Los Angeles (6 hours).
